Attempting to champion the process of buying real estate on your own while balancing the process of selling real estate on your own to include the completion of all supporting documentation can entail stressful, time consuming and somewhat burdensome challenges.
In today's ever-changing market, it is imperative both buyers and sellers are consistently provided with the most up-to-date comparative market analysis reports necessary to make the most accurate decision when buying and/or selling real estate. The CMA Report is vital information and is provided to you as my client.

Purchasing a home can be a complex process which involves a major financial commitment. I am here to assist you in making good decisions while minimizing your risks and safeguarding and protecting your interest. In most cases, this will be one of the most single largest purchase a buyer will make, therefore it is my fiduciary duty as your REALTOR® to guide you through the home buying process in an honest and trustworthy fashion.
Certified as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), my focus is centered on you, my buyer, and your family. By learning what is most important to you in your home buying process, my goal is to help you find your dream home while evaluating the property of interest. Once the home has been identified, the negotiation of the terms of the sale begins.
One of the critical factors in the negotiation stage is to understand whether it is a buyer’s market, seller’s market, or somewhere in between. This crucial assessment will play a part in the determination of your initial offer as well as any counteroffers or negotiations of contingencies, if applicable. A home inspection is highly advised to ensure all required repairs are negotiated and performed by the seller.
The final process of the home-buying transaction is the closing process. It is imperative that you, the buyer perform the final walk-through personally. As your Buyer’s Representative, I will accompany you but cannot do the final walk-through for you.
In the event there are major repair problems not yet addressed by the seller, you can ask to delay the closing or request the seller deposit funds into an escrow account to cover the necessary repairs. At that time, I will request you seek the appropriate counsel for legal purposes.
Ownership of the property will be transferred to you on the closing day unless other lease-back terms has been negotiated initially or made prior to closing. The closing agent will ensure all documents are signed and approved by your lender and sent for recording.
